After 20 years at Blue Valley West, Coach Wright is retiring. Coach Wright started the BVW Football Program. He was the head football coach from 2001-2016, an assistant coach the last two years, and our strength coordinator. He created a tradition of excellence, winning the 2007 State Championship along with six regional and three sectional championships. Our program is what it is today because of the “Team First” culture created by Coach Wright. We will all be forever grateful for everything Coach Wright did for the BVW Football Program and wish him the best in retirement.
